If you are a resident (owner and/or renter), get connected with the community on social media for updates on happenings in the community.  The Facebook page is private, and if you haven't received an invitation, please use the "contact us" feature to request an invite.  For official announcements, please check the website "announcement and updates" section for information on upcoming meetings and community events.

If you have any questions about additions or modifications to your home, contact the property management company (AMV) as soon as possible.  Ask questions before you start your project!  When in doubt, please ask.  AMV and the Board are here to help you.  As part of this process, please carefully review the Architectural Design Guidelines, included below on this webpage.

The community has standard paint colors for siding, doors, shutters, decks, etc.  Do not paint without getting the correct information first!  Please find the below file containing the exterior color paint scheme for all Spring Park Station homes.  If you have additional questions, please contact AMV before you start your project!

The Town of Herndon collects recycled materials (smaller trash bin) on Tuesdays and normal garbage (larger trash bin) on Thursdays.
